By accessing and using CALC-PLUS (the "Service"), provided by Quantum Chassis, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro Member"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quantum Chassis and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

Calculations and data provided by the Service are for educational and informational purposes. Quantum Chassis shall not be held liable for any engineering failures, mathematical errors, or damages resulting from the use of the Service.
