Eligibility for Refunds

• Your request must be submitted within 14 days of your original purchase.
• Refunds apply only to the first payment of a new subscription. Renewals are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@quantumchassis.com with your account email address and receipt number. We will process your request within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used via our payment processor, Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to Pro features until that cycle concludes.
